The W SA will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
Should you receive the incorrect item or if there is any defect with the products you have ordered, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will do our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible. Note the condition of the products must be unworn, unwashed and all tags and accessories must in in tact and in its original state. We will not be held liable for any shipping costs incurred. All customers will be held liable for shipping costs associated with returning an item.
What If the shoe does not fit? Subject to availability we will exchange the shoe for the correct size, provided the above conditions have been met and are satisfactory. If we do not have another size in stock we will give you a store credit. All returns will be handled on a case by case subject to terms and conditions.
